Online Auction Policy
- All Items are donated. (Non-Returnable)
- All items will start with a minimum bid.
- OBBO reserves the right to withdraw an item from auction at any time.
- The OBBO is not responsible for any warranty or material defects or damaged items during shipping. All items are offered “AS IS”
- Once the item bid has closed, (closing date will be posted on the website) the buyer will be contacted by email and payment arrangement must be made within 3 days.
- If the winning bidder has not responded within seven calendar days then the winning bid is forfeited. The second highest bidder will be contacted and will have the chance to purchase the item.
- The buyer is responsible to make arrangements to pick-up or make shipping arrangement. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and related fees.
- Payment arrangements:
- Cash, Cheque or Money Order at time of pick-up,
- If sending payment by mail, please allow 10 days before pick-up or shipping arrangements.
- Credit card or Debit cards not accepted at this time.
- Payable to the OBBO Futurity. (In Canadian funds)
